Tested negative today - one week of COVID is enough!!!

There are a few days that I will always remember in my life. The first was November 22, 1963, the assassination of JFK. The second was April 4, 1968, the assassination of MLK jr. The third was June 5, 1968, the assassination of RFK. Those were turbulent times for sure.

More recently is October 7, 2023, the inhumane attack on 1,000's of civilians in Israel by Hamas.

Most of us have no concept of the significance of these events.

They all will fade into history and as George Santayana once said, "Those who cannot remember the past, are condemned (doomed) to repeat it." (G.S 1905) Churchill repeated it so well during WW2... "Those that fail to lean from history are doomed to repeat it." (W.C. ~1942-1945)

This has proven so true when we allow tyrants and bullies to rule and cause mayhem and destruction in our societies. Lord, help us to remember that You are sovereign in all the affairs of men.
