Meet Our Garment Street residence!

Garment Street Condos is a 27 storey, pet-friendly building in the Innovation District, downtown Kitchener. We hold on-site hours at our lobby desk Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. We enjoy communicating daily with the over 700 contacts we have in this tower for inquiries, services, events and programming.

Paro's residents enjoy exceptional amenity spaces! There's an outdoor seasonal pool and cabana lounge, outdoor basketball court, and landscaped outdoor terrace. Pet's enjoy the pet run and washing station. Opening to the terrace is a social lounge with catering kitchen. Alongside the pool is the spacious fully-equipped fitness facility and adjacent yoga room.
