Hot Honey Feta Pasta

A creamy, spicy-sweet pasta that takes about 30 minutes.

Ingredients

* 8 oz pasta (rigatoni or fusilli work best)
* 1 block feta cheese
* 2 cups cherry tomatoes
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1–2 tbsp hot honey
* 1 tsp chili flakes
* Salt + black pepper
* Fresh basil
* Optional: spinach, crispy prosciutto, or parmesan

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a baking dish, add cherry tomatoes and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
3. Place the feta block in the center.
4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta is golden.
5. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water.
6. Mash the baked feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce.
7. Stir in hot honey.
8. Add pasta and a splash of pasta water until glossy and silky.
9. Top with basil, extra chili flakes, and another drizzle
