The Caribbean diaspora in Waterloo Region and Southwestern Ontario (SWO) has been steadily growing in recent years, creating a vibrant and diverse community with a rich cultural presence. Waterloo Region's proximity to larger urban centres such as Toronto and London makes it a prime location for Toronto carnival bands to expand their reach and connect with this growing demographic - all the way to the Windsor border.

We invite section leaders and designers from Toronto to consider this untapped market, where they can leverage their brand to offer their high-quality Toronto carnival costumes to this untapped Caribbean community and all communities! Toronto bands can build a loyal customer base in SWO and contribute to the continued cultural richness of the Caribbean Carnival (Toronto). (PS that's 1.86 million people in SWO, with buying power to sell out the Toronto carnival - esp. in these economic times!)
