The Student Wellness Centre offers both peer-led and professionally-led wellness education programming supporting the physical, emotional and psychological health of students at Laurier. Programming promoting proactive wellness strategies and resources runs year-round and is open to all Laurier students. There are three branches of wellness education at Laurier: student-led Peer Wellness Education, professionally-led Ride the Wave workshops, and Leave the Pack Behind smoking cessation education. Our workshops take place in the Health and Development Centre, located on the first floor of the Student Services Building. LAURIER'S COMMENT POLICY:
