💜 150 students turned up this weekend participating in the Toyota Innovation Challenge at the Pearl Sullivan Engineering IDEAs Clinic, an annual experiential learning event funded by Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC).
With a focus on machine learning and robotics, the students were provided with robotic arms, toy three-wheeled robots equipped with sensors, and small dispensable robots with motors and sensors for data collection to create innovative solutions that were assessed on ideation, prototyping, safety, presentation, and human centricism.
