Kim had been helping this beautiful lady transition into her silver grey hair for the last 18 months then all of a sudden she surprised Kim by wanting to go dark. Surprise. Sooo, Kim crafted a reverse balayage for her to keep the platinum blonde on some of the ends. She loved it.
