Long before they start talking, infants have acquired a surprising degree of knowledge about the sounds, words, and grammar of their language. In our lab at the University of Waterloo, we seek to understand the initial capacities that infants bring to the task of language acquisition, and how infants' knowledge is altered by their experience with the language(s) around them.
Activities for All Ages Here you’ll find activities that are perfect for each age of early childhood. From the baby years on into the beginnings of grade school. Gross motor activities, fine motor activities, and lots of learning activities!

Happy June everyone! Today we are highlighting PBSkids.org and PBS kids page. On Facebook they have Kristen Bell doing a live read-along at 12pm EST today! They regularly host story times, post activities, and share supports for children and parents.
