Our capacity to engage, understand, love, give, receive is limited by the relationship we have with ourselves.

This aims to acknowledge errors, seek forgiveness, express gratitude and feel love.

Fundamentally we all wonder "who am I?" and the process can get stuck in self-judgment and critique.

Whatever your critical view of yourself, whatever decisions you have made that hurt you, whenever you have put yourself in harm's way or verbally abused yourself rather than loving or accepting yourself.
