Leading with care starts by caring for ourselves. 💙🌿
This week, Zelal and Laurel had facilitated a workshop with the staff at Hidden Acres Mennonite Camp and Retreat Centre on leadership, self-care, and community care.
Together, we explored how caring for ourselves helps us show up for others and reflected on the kind of camp community we want to create. Staff brought their ideas to life by creating posters filled with words and images representing what they hope camp will look and feel like this summer.
