IRCC will switch to the 2021 version of NOC system on November 16, 2022. The new NOC will change eligibility for some of Canada’s immigration programs including Express Entry. It will also affect how IRCC calculates your points and overall score in Express Entry immigration pool’s Comprehensive Ranking System.
