Looking for a place to stay active this semester? 🏋️‍♂️

Regular physical activity can help reduce stress, improve mood, and boost focus during busy weeks of classes and studying.
Finding a space to move your body can be a great way to support your overall well-being as a student, and free access to PAC and CIF make it that much easier.

Even a short workout can make a difference!

Student Spotlight! Here's what Nirbhik does to stay connected during the week!
Study Groups: I often meet classmates in study groups to review material, prepare for exams, and help each other understand difficult topics.

Campus Events: Campus events are a great way to meet new people, explore different interests, and stay involved in the university community.

Library: The library is one of my favorite places to study, focus on assignments, and occasionally run into classmates working on the same things.

Student Spotlight! I'm Bree, and here's how I stay connected throughout the school week!
Every week, I talk to people from my groups for school assignments. Group work seems like a drag, but it's actually a great way to meet new people you can rely on throughout the semester!
Every Tuesday I go to the University of Waterloo Pokémon Club! There I hang out with friends, play cards, and relax after a busy three hour lecture. Clubs are an awesome way to spend time with friends and meet likeminded people!
Every Thursday I go to a local card shop called Atlas Collectables and play competitive Pokémon cards. Card shops are a great third space, and trading cards are a great hobby for meeting people and having some fun!
