The best business leaders I know don’t just manage teams, they understand them, learn how people are motivated, they build trust systems that reduce friction, and, prioritize clarity, not just speed.
It’s not about manipulation, it’s about connection. In fact, research from McKinsey and Harvard Business Review consistently shows that companies with emotionally intelligent leadership:
