First Strokes is our biggest and best beginner rowing program for adults, ever.

In this flexible 4-week program, you’ll row alongside other beginners while enjoying the scenic views of downtown Victoria from the Gorge Waterway.

Get ready to discover the love of rowing! Our Junior Learn to Row program starts its July session tomorrow, July 3rd. It's a fantastic way for juniors to learn a new skill in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment, and a great prep for school or club teams.

While July kicks off tomorrow (Tue & Thurs, 9-11am), there's still plenty of time to sign up for our August sessions, running from August 5-28!
