A Practical Balance
I am a practical person, with a practical approach to counselling. I am a direct, yet gentle communicator, and my goal is to have a counselling relationship that is first and foremost collaborative, helpful and safe. I offer one-hour appointments throughout the week, including evenings and weekends. My hourly rate is $110, which follows the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors guidelines (link).
