Have you ever been upset to hear the ice cream machine is broken at a fast food joint? Not when David was on the clock.

Since he was a child David was fascinated by how things worked and, often, how they broke.

His clear focus on technical problem solving was born out of taking apart and fixing old printers, faxes, and yes, even Dairy Queen ice-cream machines. David has kept this technical approach in his work with FreshWorks Studio which helps him look at solving difficult problems in a truly unique way.
