Nearly finished our project here, just a few touch ups ✔ added some nice modernized lighting. It really brightened up the place, and why not save a few bucks on the electrical bill with some low watt LED lighting.

The process, this place is starting to take shape! Sound proofing for the resident on the bottom floor. Safe and sound/fire safe insulation, resilient channel, and 5/8" drywall. Great combination to dampen the noise from upstairs and also add a little extra fire barrier between suites.

Productive day on site! Installed fire protection/sound dampening insulation, wired up the bedroom for some up to date lighting and started installing the resilient channel for more sound dampening. 🤘

Rotting fence is being torn down to make way for a beautiful, new, sturdy one to take it's place.
