The 51st Annual Greater Victoria Flower Count is a light-hearted event organized by Destination Greater Victoria with the help of several wonderful local sponsors and partners. Pictured here is viburnum, a shrub known for blooming in late winter to early spring, often on bare branches. They appear in dense clusters and emit a sweet fragrance, turning pink to deep purple in the spring, then green in the summer, and burgundy in the fall.
