Join .wellness and on Sunday, January 25 for a full-day workshop at 🌬️

Grof® Breathwork is a deeply immersive modality developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof in the 1970s. Through accelerated breathing and evocative music, participants enter non-ordinary states of consciousness that can open the door to many forms of healing. These may include emotional release, somatic shifts, personal insight, trauma resolution, symbolic or creative imagery, and expanded self-awareness—held within a safe and supportive group environment.

This full-day workshop includes one three-hour session as a breather and one as a sitter. Mandala art integration follows each journey to help anchor themes, imagery, and emerging insights.

Many participants find the sitting role equally meaningful, as it strengthens their ability to hold space and support others in medicine-assisted modalities. Grof Breathwork was originally developed as a breath-based substitute for psychedelic therapy, and it can also support preparation or integration for psychedelic work. Focused bodywork is available by request to help complete emotional and somatic processes that arise during sessions.

Your registration includes a group preparation meeting the week before and an integration meeting in the days afterward (via Zoom).

Today, we celebrate the birthday of Ram Dass—a psychologist, spiritual teacher, and early psychedelic researcher whose legacy continues to inspire.|

In the 1960s, as a Harvard psychologist, he conducted groundbreaking research on psychedelics alongside Timothy Leary, Ralph Metzner, and Aldous Huxley. However, his journey didn’t stop there. After traveling to India and meeting his guru, Neem Karoli Baba, he became known as Ram Dass and dedicated his life to exploring consciousness, compassion, and service.

Ram Dass’ work laid the foundation for the integration of psychedelics and spirituality, reminding us that healing happens in the heart as much as the mind.
