3 Spin bikes just opened up for our class tonight at 6:00.
Some great new classes will be added this fall. We are bringing the early bird spin classes back on Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am. We have an awesome new coach Laura Ockenden that will be coaching a super friendly, great for beginner, Friday afternoon class at 4:00pm. Finally Yoga instructor Heidi Mierau is back and hosting 2 morning yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am.
Spin season is quickly approaching! First class is Monday October 2nd. October classes have been posted on the Mind Body Site. Early bird pricing is still in effect until October 1st.
