Check out this stunning 2-storey, 3000 sq. ft. home that beautifully blends contemporary and classic design elements. Featuring a mix of sleek flat roofs and steeply pitched accents, it’s a true standout! The smooth acrylic stucco pairs perfectly with horizontal Hardi siding, creating a striking visual contrast.

To enhance energy efficiency, we’ve designed the upper floor to avoid encroaching onto the garage, ensuring optimal insulation and more efficient air distribution. Don’t miss the dramatic waterfall feature on the porch roof—such a unique touch!
