Hello Rugby Community. After some delay in planning, due to the uncertainty of COVID, we are excited to bring you the third installment of a very meaningful charity event for our Club. This year is especially meaningful, as it is the first in memoriam for the mother of Cameron David Pierce , Sue Pierce. Sue Pierce was the definition of a rugby mom, and we are honoured to run this event in her memory.
The 80 minutes "Ruck Cancer' fundraiser is an important event, in which the rugby community comes together to run 80 minutes (the length of a rugby match) for a good cause. All proceeds go to the BC Cancer Foundation for future Cancer Research.
Please follow the link above to register and start collecting donations. We are looking to reach a goal of $10,000 - a feat we were able to accomplish 3 years ago.
We are looking for all member of the Crows community to take part. If you are a representative of another club, please reach out and see how your club can take part in this event.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
