We're excited to announce that this fall, both Speed Mechanics and Continuum Health Centre will be moving into the iconic Victoria Press Building!

This move marks an exciting new chapter for our team, athletes, and clients. Our new home will feature:

✅ A larger Speed Mechanics training facility
✅ A brand-new Continuum Health Centre clinic space
✅ More room to grow and serve our community
✅ Convenient location just outside downtown Victoria
✅ Free parking

We're incredibly grateful for all the support we've received over the years, and we're thrilled to continue helping athletes perform at their best and patients move, feel, and live better in a space designed for the future.

Construction is already underway, and we can't wait to share more updates as we get closer to opening our doors this fall.
