R3 starts tomorrow, you can still register. Going for 189 eating as much as I want from the yes list (every 3 hours). Lost 20 lbs. in last 6 week challenge and have kept it off.

We gave the Shaw Center for the Salish Sea a cheque for $5,000 at our Rotary meeting this morning. Rotary doing good in the community. We have awesome speakers too!
