So incredibly proud that all three of these remarkable women have been involved with the Element Race Team! We started in 2018 and continue to show up at gravel, mountain and all road races. All the best to these three outstanding athletes and all the competitors this weekend as they for the championship this weekend! ❤️.



And yes, Samantha Hoft earned Masters National Road championship with me as her proud coach many years ago! Great to see her on the crit line again with a family of three supporting her now!

While I usually LOVE to talk about Perimenopause and Beyond, I will share what the latest research from across the lifespan so every female athlete can find themselves in where we are at...
