Ok my friends :)

Welcome to the Elevate community page...
Give me a day or two to get everything sorted and we will be on our way!!
This will be a platform for everyone to communicate with your coaches via messenger or Facetime, keep up to date and to share with others in the community.
I encourage everyone to utilize this space and bounce information and conversation amongst eachother and with us.
We will be posted videos and workouts here as well and sharing our own lives of temporary seclusion with you.
