HBR’s Guided Path program combines evidence-based practices with individualized support, allowing participants to progress at a pace that aligns with their clinical needs, daily responsibilities, and recovery goals. Our team offers consistent professional oversight while adapting care to the realities of real life, supporting sustainable and long-term recovery outcomes.

Guided Path — HBR’s Core Recovery Program 🌿

Daily 1:1 support to start, then tapering sessions. Guided Path is ideal if you want hands‑on help, structure, and momentum.

Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Guided Path is our most intensive, personalized program designed to meet you exactly where you are — day by day.

Over 30 consecutive days, you’ll receive:

✔️ Daily one-on-one sessions with a dedicated recovery coach or therapist
✔️ Flexible scheduling to fit your life
✔️ Real-time support when you need it most
✔️ Six months of weekly aftercare to protect long-term recovery

For the first 10 sessions, you’ll meet with your specialist every day.

Then, as you gain momentum, sessions continue every other day — with ongoing check-ins, accountability, and practical tools for lasting change.

This is recovery with structure, compassion, and continuity.
