Grateful. Honoured. Motivated.
To be recognized among the Top 20 in Ontario for February and Year-to-Date is something I don’t take lightly.
This milestone is not achieved alone.
First, a sincere thank you to my brokerage, Premiere Mortgage Centre, for the leadership, systems, and support that allow me to serve at a high level.

It’s Financial Friday—and for many, it’s payday.
This is more than just a deposit into your account… it’s an opportunity to take control of your financial future.
Here are smart ways to make your paycheque work for you:
1. Pay Yourself First
Before bills and spending, set aside a portion for savings or investments. Even 10% consistently can build long-term wealth.
2. Eliminate High-Interest Debt
Prioritize paying down credit cards or high-interest loans. This is one of the fastest ways to improve your cash flow.
3. Build or Strengthen Your Emergency Fund
Aim for 3–6 months of expenses. This protects you from relying on debt during unexpected situations.
4. Automate Your Financial Success
Set up automatic transfers to savings, RRSPs, TFSAs, or FHSAs. Consistency beats timing.
5. Review Your Financial Plan
Your income should support your goals, home ownership, retirement, investments, and protecting your family.
6. Protect Your Income
Your ability to earn is your greatest asset. Ensure you have proper coverage in place for illness, disability, or unexpected life events.
Your paycheque should not just cover expenses—it should create opportunities.
If you’re not sure how to structure your income to build wealth, reduce debt, and protect your future… Let’s build a plan together.

Because when your money has a plan, your future has direction.
RRSP contribution deadline is March 2nd.
A great strategy to reducing your income taxes and increasing your retirmennt funds.
Some of the ways you can benefit are:
1. Make a lump sum deposit and this will reduce your income accordingly, reducing the income taxes you have to pay for 2025 tax year.
2. Set up a monthly pad so you can reduce your taxes paid in 2026
3. Obtain an RRSP loan so you can contribute towards 2025 income tax year, reducing the taxes you have to pay.
Upon receiving a tax return, you can use the funds to:
1. Pay down debt
2. Reinvest in your RRSP
3. Invest in your TFSA
4. Invest in your FHSA
I dont recommend spending the tax return on depreciating assets
