I made a sort of "quiver" to carry my small splitting axe and Bob Dustrude 30" buck saw.

Also made a new mask for the GB; oiled and coated in beeswax to weatherproof it for those rainy days.

Picked up both from before the canoe trip last week and they were a dream to use! I needed a better way to haul them around while looking for deadfall though, so I came up with this... Thing...

The bucksaw portion comes off with snaps if I'd just like to carry the axe, and the quiver-ish portion also fits just the bucksaw if I need.

Two D-rings on the back allow for a strap to be attached and also provide attachment points for affixing it to a pack.

Snaps are pure brass, thread is waxed polyester, leather is 5oz Badalassi Carlo - Pueblo in various colours. @ Vaughan, Ontario
