Quick Facts about UI/UX for the Week!

As we previously mentioned in our bitAdvice post of how important User Interface and Experience when designing a website or an App.
It is a very important communication method between the conversion (process) and the user.

Remember few thins:

1️⃣ UX is not only about the interface, as much as more of why is something potential may be useful to someone, the clear understand is more important than the cosmetics.

2️⃣ Just because it is pretty, doesn't mean its good! Know the key trends, and follow the "wind".

3️⃣ Think from the perspective of the user, what would they like to see? What would they like to do and how will the user interact with the interface?

It's a fact that a Designer can not test his own art work, as a Developer can not test their own build. Guess who can? The Customer!

😌 Have a great rest of the week and enjoy it!

So you are thinking of building a website or an app for your client or for yourself? You might have an idea or a bit of imagination how it will look, on how your users will interact with it but you may not know how to proceed forward with the design or how to implement it?

Here is a bitAdvice on how to start off with creating your first User Experience and User Interface which is the initial vital part of the design of whatever you are building!

1️⃣ Start off from scratch! Use a note pad or even a piece of paper and begin taking notes or draw all the feature your project includes. Once you created the list of features or pages your platform or website will have, the next step is to have a raw sketch of organizing these feature by creating a layout of where each feature will appear. From you will proceed to make a second sketch of what happens when someone clicks that feature/button or switches to the next page. (You begin by creating a wireframe)

2️⃣ Wireframe: Here is advice on two awesome platforms to begin your wireframe experience, "Sketch" and "Lucid Charts". A place where you can build your skeletal framework, sketch & design the structure of your app or website. Once you have all your pages and features implemented, you can now start off on the design!

3️⃣Design: Are you a ninja? if not, hire one! One thing to make sure, the design (Follow up on the next bitAdvice on How to Make Proper Design) has to be simple and attractive! The simpler it is, the better so is the higher the engagement!
Remember, Less is More! 😀

As promised we are giving you a detailed scope on this topic, so here we go!!!
1️⃣ When it comes to a "successful sale", it is not just about the script that you memorize or have to sleep on, it's not about executing the right strategy to "conquer" your client's interest, but it is about keeping your word and be glued to it! You as a salesperson have to believe in what you say, you have to breathe it, and stick to it! If you haven't noticed, people are not stupid and when someone comes to offer us something, we listen first and then analyze what they are saying, asking ourselves "Is that true?" So before you go prospecting, be sure you know what you are about to say, and stick to it from A-Z, this is a small step in building client's trust.
2️⃣ Saying is one thing, standing is another. Just like keeping your word, keep your stand straight and firm! The confidence of a great salesperson is his/her position among the others. If your back is not straight, your chin is not high, or your legs/arms are crossed, in the eyes of the others that means you are not confident in yourself! Why would they go with you to purchase your product if you are not even confident about it your self? Show that you are the leader by expressing a powerful body appearance.
3️⃣ Last but not least, is "Listen". Are you listening? "LISTEN". We will repeat this word so many times until you actually listen to what your client is telling you. Because 75% of making the sale is by YOU listening to what your client needs or wants, pretty much you are being told how to sell them the product or service you are offering. Instead of talking a lot and trying to bring up selling points, stop for a second and listen to what your customer is saying, and only then execute.
Hope this helped, become better with every day!
