Strong foundations start early.

Our Kids Strong + Youth Strong Programs are coming to our Langley location this July — designed to help kids and young athletes build strength, coordination, confidence, and better movement habits in a fun, supportive environment.

Whether they’re just starting to move with purpose or already playing sports, these programs support long-term athletic development from the ground up.

KidsStrong: 4–5 PM
YouthStrong: 5–6 PM
When: Tuesdays + Thursdays
Length: 7-week program
Starts: Week of July 6
Location: One Performance Langley

We’ll also be running two 1-week summer camps starting August 24 and August 31.

DM us for details.

Meet Alex 👋

Alex is one of our physiotherapists with a strong interest in performance and rehabilitation. He values an evidence-based, patient-centered approach and focuses on empowering patients toward long-term success and independence, going beyond simply resolving pain through education, manual therapy, and curated exercise programming. 💪

Alex completed his Bachelor of Applied Science at the University of Guelph-Humber and his Master of Physiotherapy at Western University. His experience includes working with local athletes and community members in Ontario, including the Stratford Warriors AA Hockey Club and Stratford Black Swans Rugby Club. Since moving to the West Coast, he has continued supporting local sport through the North Vancouver Wolf Pack AA Hockey Club and UBCOB Ravens Rugby Club, while pursuing ongoing professional development through nationally recognized programming. Outside the clinic, Alex champions performance in his own life through amateur weightlifting, running, cycling, and hiking. 🏒🏉🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️🥾

If you’re only skating, you’re leaving performance on the table.

Hockey demands more than skill. It demands mobility, strength, power, speed, control, and a body that can handle contact, fatigue, and high-intensity movement.

That’s what Hockey Strong is built for.

Train the body behind the player.
Build the season before it starts.

Before we build a plan, we assess how your body actually moves.

A physical assessment helps us understand your mobility, strength, control, previous injuries, and the specific demands of your sport.

From there, we can see what needs more attention, what may be holding you back, and what to prioritize first.

Because better rehab and better performance start with a clearer picture.
