Picnix’ is pioneering the al fresco dining industry in Vancouver in a new, innovative, and delicious way. Picnix is a sustainable, eco-conscious catering company that supplies pre-ordered picnic baskets on wheels, as well as games and supplies rentals for outdoor recreation and entertainment. Picnix units double as a foldout table and carry a locally sourced, seasonal menu and all outdoor dining e
ssentials. Units are toted by hand along Vancouver's breathtaking seawall. Guests will enjoy a premium dining experience with fare sourced from local farmers and fisherman, which they can pick-up at Stanley Park in a conveniently located parking lot. Guests may also choose to rent any of the Picnix outdoor recreation equipment such as Bocce Ball or other games and sporting goods, which can be reserved online or selected upon arrival dependent on availability. Picnix are ordered online, where guests choose their menu and pick-up time (orders must be placed within a minimum of 4 hours of desired date/time). Once guests pick up the unit, they have three hours to enjoy their rentals wherever they choose. Picnix is owned and created by hospitality professional Simon Pearson-Roach, who has over 12 years of experience in restaurants, bars, catering companies, yachts and event planning.
