"I just wanted to say thank you—the CVAC altitude training sessions made a real difference on my Mera Peak summit.

The breathing felt more controlled at high altitude, and I recovered much better than I expected. Even during the final push, I noticed I could stay more steady instead of getting overwhelmed by the thin air.

I didn’t fully realize how much it was helping until I was actually up there. I’m much more used to altitude this time than comparing to last October. My oxygen level at 5000m was about 80%.

Really appreciate your support and guidance—looking forward to continuing the sessions when I’m back!"

Congratulations, John! 🎉⛰️🥾 Mera Peak is Nepal's highest trekking peak at 21,000 ft (6400m)
