Through fundraising, education programs, fostering, and home/reference checks for hundreds of dogs & their new families, CERA has a successful track record of overseas dog adoptions. CERA reflects our mandate of educating people about responsible dog ownership and helping abused dogs in Taiwan and the BC lower mainland to find their own forever loving home.
