It’s interesting seeing an article about the high price of free returns l online. We’ve never been able to offer free returns because it’s just too costly and we’d have to mark our product up so much more to cover it but having big retailers swallow the cost has made it impossible for small businesses to compete online. For the sake of small busin and the environmental impact I’d love to see the end of free returns (though I’m not implying final sale on everything either)
