Our employees currently manage a portfolio of over $1000 in loans to female entrepreneurs in developing economies across the world. Our latest inspiration as we close out 2025 is Lilia, who lives in Sucre, Colombia.

Lilia, a determined entrepreneur, has built a thriving furniture buying and selling business, which has become the main source of income for her family.

She is seeking further finances to enable her to invest in her business, strengthening her working capital, fulfilling new orders, and continuing to create opportunities for herself and her family.
