Time seems to be swiftly moving and we are finding ourselves at the doorsteps of the Summer Solstice, Litha. This marks a transition into the second half of the year and into midsummer. Much like a lunar cycle the sun is at its peak as it slowly transforms over the coming months into darker days.
Until then we are reminded of the vitality that this solar energy brings. The spark that ignites the fire within to bring about the change in our lives year to year. The journey of life is an interesting one and a short one, so don’t get caught up on the small stuff.

Litha is a time to enjoy the flames dancing as they burn your candles, the warmth of the sun (here in Vancouver we haven’t seen much yet, but it’s coming), the spirits within nature and honour what life has to give.
