Yesterday I posted how Denver landlords are competing for tenants. For example, Lyft credits for suburban tenants (https://bit.ly/2G3xLdC), but similarly, employers need to compete for employees, especially in cities such as Vancouver. Construction update. Work is most definitely underway development at 402 Dunsmuir - photo taken Mar 14. Same with Burrard Place office tower at 1290 Burrard - photo taken Mar 15.

Interesting quarter. # of space leasing trans down in Q4, but leasing volume/SF was up. Tech took a big jump up to 39% of leasing activity compared to 20% last quarter. http://bit.ly/2kpjFgd
