Today we celebrate Judy Weinstein's 5-year anniversary with Hungerford Properties.
Since joining the team, Judy has optimized our corporate accounting operations and supported the ongoing management of financial and fund reporting functions. Her experience in real estate accounting and her dedication to the team are much appreciated, and we thank her for her continued contributions to the organization.

Things are moving fast and looking great across our buildings at səkʷíw at Keefe Creek. Here's the latest look at our progress to date:
- Building D: Major progress inside! Appliances are fully installed and waiting for final connection and testing once permanent power is hooked up.
- Building C: Flooring installation is now complete in most units, keeping this building moving perfectly on schedule.
- Building A: Drywall finishing and taping is wrapping up, with all unit ceilings scheduled to be textured by the end of this week.
- Building E: Electrical inspections are happening this week for the first four units, with insulation installation immediately following.
