Judgment-free zone Three years ago, Stephanie Wesley happened upon a flyer advertising something called the Mothering Project/Manito Ikwe Kagiikwe at Mount Carmel Clinic. It was a brand-new program aimed at helping vulnerable pregnant women and new moms struggling with substance abuse.
