Every detail was carefully considered: a full-wall herringbone tile feature in crisp white creates incredible texture and depth, while the floating oak vanity with its sculptural matte black hardware keeps things grounded and warm. The round vessel sink and sleek black gooseneck faucet add a modern edge, and that arched black-framed mirror? Chef's kiss. 🖤

A cylindrical matte black pendant light ties the whole look together, making this powder room feel more like a boutique hotel than a half bath.

✨ East Vancouver Kitchen Reveal ✨

Sometimes the biggest transformation starts with taking something away. In this East Vancouver home, removing a wall was the game-changer that unlocked the kitchen's full potential — turning a closed-off, compartmentalized space into a bright, open-concept hub the whole family can gather in.

The result? A kitchen that feels both fresh and timeless. Sage green handmade-style tile wraps the entire backsplash wall, adding warmth and texture, while crisp white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops keep things clean and classic. Brushed brass hardware and a pair of stunning gold dome pendants tie the whole space together with just the right amount of glam.

Open shelving in the corner adds personality without sacrificing function, and the generous island — complete with leather-and-wood bar stools — makes this kitchen as social as it is beautiful.

This stunning kitchen renovation is a masterclass in modern contrast — and we couldn't be prouder of how it came together. White shaker cabinetry runs wall to wall, topped with a row of clerestory windows that flood the space with natural light all day long. Floating shelves flank a sleek stainless range hood, styled perfectly between function and design.
The real showstopper? That oversized island — wrapped in a warm linen-toned panel with a crisp white quartz top, matte black sink and faucet, and four black metal stools that anchor the whole room. Two geometric cage pendant lights hang above, adding just the right amount of industrial edge to an otherwise clean, bright space.
