Another odd installation choice for the increasing duplex triplex quadruplex in Vancouver. The city does not allow for a covered parking structure added to the home, so they just added a pair of gates to the home to claim they have "secured parking"
Not if a kid throw a baseball over the fence you don't...
Do you still stand behind the missing middle initiative? If it means more and more loophole jumping are performed by the builders.
