Off the Mat - Podcast

Sandra Leigh, a long time advocate for healthy recovery, is herself a pioneer of trauma informed yoga practices in Vancouver, BC. As a long time resident downtown, her unique experiences have included writing and co-producing the Shaw TV community exercise show, 'Yoga Moves for Every Body', now available on YouTube. Sandra is also an independent recording artist, musician / singer / songwriter and the heart behind the newly launched Tadasana Music Project, 2025. Her experiences are woven by wisdom, curiosity, resourcefulness, and respect.
