Keeping everyone as safe as possible. Hepa filters have been placed in every treatment room at Peakform Wellness. Between screening, sanitization, masking and air filtration, we're doing our best to ensure a healthy and safe environment as much as possible.

2nd day at the new clinic, Peakform Wellness, and couldn't be happier. I feel spoiled and the team here is fantastic. Spacious, beautiful treatment rooms, each with its own huge custom mural representing Vancouver or surrounding area. Such a great place, great office managers and ammenities (even with an exercise/homecare area?!) and awesome colleagues/therapists.

I have appointments still available yet for next week, and would love to see friends pop in and test us out! Free 2 hour parking is quite easy to find along Woodland Dr and other nearby streets, usually within a 1-2 block radius. Otherwise, underground parking right below the clinic, in the Broadway Station parkade is super cheap. Book Online at Peakform Wellness Mask Requirement: New updates from the Regulatory Colleges now require that both staff and patients wear a mask the ENTIRE time they are in the clinic. We will be providing masks upon your arrival to the clinic if you do not have your own.
