Facial massage is a skill — not a trend.

Every stroke has a purpose. Pressure, direction, and rhythm guide real results.

I created my online facial massage course to teach this slowly and intentionally, so they can be practiced with confidence and care — whether you’re just beginning or already working hands-on.

The course is now live on my website 🤍

Facial massage + cupping + gua sha to encourage lymphatic drainage and circulation, finished with a slow scalp massage to bring everything back into balance.

✨ Weekly Full-Body Self-Care Ritual ✨

Step 1 – Create a Quiet Moment
Create a quiet moment just for you. Sit somewhere peaceful, where you won’t be rushed.

Step 2 – Warm Your Favorite Oil
Warm your favorite body oil in your hands. (I personally love using Green Envee Vahati Herb-Infused Healing Oil for this ritual.)

Step 3 – Legs & Thighs
Begin at the lower legs, using long, upward strokes toward the heart.
Move to the thighs, then the arms, flowing slowly and intentionally.
You can do 10-15 strokes for each area

Step 4 – Abdomen
Massage the abdomen with gentle, clockwise circles—supporting digestion and grounding the nervous system.

Step 5 – Joints & Neck
Finish by giving extra care to the joints: ankles, knees, elbows, wrists, and shoulders, using small circular motions.
You can also add a neck massage in gentle upward strokes to release tension.

Step 6 – Breath
Close your ritual with 20 deep diaphragmatic breaths, allowing the body to fully receive the benefits.

Step 7 – Rest & Shower
Rest for 30 minutes, then enjoy a warm shower.

It’s a weekly reset for your body, breath, and nervous system 🤍

Save this for your next self-care day ✨
