✨ Life Update ✨

We are leaving Canada and going on an adventure to Australia! 🇦🇺 🦘

Guillaume and I had been talking about it for a while, and now it’s finally the time !

We’ll be leaving beautiful BC on March 31st, en route to Perth, Australia 🙃 with a 10 days stop in France to see family and friends. I haven’t been back in France since I moved to Canada! 😱

We absolutely love it here, and yet we both feel like we’ve reached plateau and there are bigger things awaiting us if we dare stepping outside of what is now a comfort zone.

The past weeks have been busy with preparing our big move (check on Facebook marketplace to see all we’re selling!) and also navigating a lot of emotions. I am still processing and integrating my trip from India, emotionally preparing for France, and getting excited for Australia, all the while feeling the feelings of leaving our life here 🥹

It will be a full circle, as 10 years ago I spent a year travelling around Australia! Closing the loop and approaching this trip with a new perspective.

I am super excited about returning to this amazing land, and reconnecting with my inner child ✨ see last picture for a taste 😉

It goes without saying that I will TRULY miss Canada and everyone I met here. I have grown so much since I first arrived 4,5 years ago, I am a totally different person. Each and everyone of you impacted me in a way or another and helped me become the person I am today.
And all the adventures we lived here 🥲

We’re planning to go there up to a year, and then… we have some ideas that we’ll share in due time 😊

👉 I am teaching classes until we move & offering 1:1 at my home space until end of March. Please reach out if you want a Reiki session, Abhyanga massage, or experience a Holistic Healing Session ✨

Moving forward, I will adapt my offerings. I want to keep serving the community, here in Canada, and beyond. I will let you know what’s brewing soon ☺️

✨ Akhanda Yoga - Exploring the 5 Koshas ✨

Join me on Feb 9th 4-6pm at for a special Akhanda yoga workshop!

I am very excited to bring this workshop to you and pass along the teachings from my teacher Vishva-Ji .yogrishi. I love the 5 Koshas class style that he designed and I am sure you will love it too!

Akhanda Yoga, founded by master Dr. Yogishri Vishvketu, is a holistic and integrated approach to yoga that emphasizes a balanced practice.
The word Akhanda means “whole” or “indivisible,” reflecting the comprehensive nature of this style, which incorporates all aspects of yoga into one class:
• philosophy
• mantra (chanting)
• asana (posture)
• pranayama (breathing techniques)
• meditation

In this workshop, we will dive deep into the 5 Koshas, or layers of being, which guide us from the physical to the spiritual, from the gross to the subtle layers:
> Annamaya Kosha (Physical Body)
> Pranamaya Kosha (Energy Body)
> Manomaya Kosha (Mental Body)
> Vijnanamaya Kosha (Wisdom Body)
> Anandamaya Kosha (Bliss Body)

This workshop is designed for seekers and those looking to deepen their practice, no matter how long you’ve been practicing yoga. With plenty of variations offered, you will be able to explore each layer of your being at your own pace.

We will have a 90min practice + 30min philosophy & Q&A.
