Tom Fidel is behind ’s Human Capital Management. He has served as President of Shiboomi LLC for 21 years where he heads Shiboomi’s strategic initiatives as well as the company’s leadership training Practice.

Tom developed his expertise in human intelligence and strategic planning as a former captain in the Marine Corps, where he created a unique psychological profiling methodology based on a number of factors including emotional intelligence. He implemented this proprietary discipline in the business world where he honed his skills and brought unique insight and perspectives.

At the corporate and organizational level, he focuses on developing leadership and management strategies and strengthening and maximizing efficiencies in each company's team, team dynamics, and internal elements to support growth and expansion and guide companies through transitions.
