A few years ago, after another brutal ER shift, I had a panic attack in my living room.

That was my wake-up call.

Because burnout doesn't stay at work.

It follows you home.

Today, I help acute care nurses stop the post-shift crash so they can be more present, patient, and connected with their families, even while working 12-hour shifts.
