Good morning! A view from atop one of Vancouver's most prestigious buildings puts this opulent home in a class of its own.

This large-footprint condo (2700+ sqft) transformation was the brainchild of visionary designer .ca, encompassing a variety of curved edges mixed with modern finishes and some out-of-the-box features, reserved only for clients daring to push the envelope.

A top-class winner of the Georgie Awards for Best Condo Renovation between 750k - 1.5 million, this project will never be rivaled.

A condo transformed into a chef's dream kitchen, with ample cabinetry and new appliances to accommodate this resident's needs.

Taking out the bland and boring kitchen to make way for a two-tone setting, anchored by beautiful herring bone floors!

Take this transformation for example: nestled near English Bay, in the West End of Vancouver, was this 40+ yr-old condo dressed in its original form.

During demolition, we discovered important structural components anchoring the kitchen. The clever-vision of overcame this challenge by redesigning the kitchen around the structural parts.

Adding a touch of colour & modernness completely transformed this space.
