The most important thing you can do before starting your website is defining your goals and understanding your ideal customer and their journey. Focus your energy on your customer and how you help them.

Let’s talk about niche market and defining your target audience.
If you don’t know and understand who your target audience is you will never sell your business to someone.
First you need to decide who they are
🟢Start here: Create a customer avatar.
Answer the following questions to define your target audience.
The more specific you can be about who this person is - the easier it will be to market to your audience.
🔵Identify:
Age or age range
S*x
Location
Education
Relationship status
Occupation
Income and household size
🔵Traits:
What are their interests?
What is their lifestyle like?
What are their core values?
What are their personal goals?
What causes matter to them?
What brands do they use/like?
🔵Illustrate their pain points:
Before you can help your potential customers - you need to know what problems and struggles they have.
Create a list of 4-5 challenges your avatar might be dealing with
This will help you communicate with empathy and create emotional resonance with your customers.
🟢The fun part: BENEFITS
Define the goals and benefits that your avatar would like to receive based on the problems they face.
Imagine the ideal outcome of the exact opposite of the problems and pain points listed above.
This will help align your sales proposition with your clients in a highly value driven way.
If you want to captivate your target audience - You need to touch on their pain points and offer a solution that is so valuable to them that they can’t say no.

Is it time for a website redesign?
Tech moves so quickly - it’s important to stay up to date with your website or you’ll fall behind and your business won’t be taken seriously in todays market.
Depending on your type of website and business, the amount of time a user spends on your website is directly relative to the quality of content offered on it, and how useful it is to them.
By offering more high-value content, you are keeping your users happy and increasing the likelihood of them converting into customers.
Remember to design for your ideal customer in mind. Keep it simple and easily digestible.
